Paranoia
I've decided that it is very weird to read your doctor's notes about you and/or your children. I just got a 4 page document from the geneticist that evaluated Miles last month to see if there was any need to do further genetic testing. It is a copy of what she is sending back to our pediatrician. In the information given, the doctor stated that Miles has a history of developmental delays. I'm not sure I know of any developmental delays, and I KNOW I've asked our pediatrician if she noticed any delays. She assured me she did not. So yes, I'll be asking her when we go for Miles's 15 month checkup on Monday "What delays did you notice, exactly, and why didn't we discuss it in our appointments?" It was a strange experience to read it. I felt like I was snooping.

Wow - I think I'd be pretty upset if my doctor noticed a "history" of developmental delays and didn't tell me. I'm interested to hear what the Doc says when you ask her about it.
I have no idea what she is referring to. Is it because he isn't speaking yet? Is it because he wasn't sitting up independently at 6 months?
SO FRUSTRATING.
