After a lot of thinking about what would be best, we decided to reschedule Miles's MRI until January, for insurance reasons. Because we use a high-deductible, low-premium (really not all that low anymore) HSA plan, we figured we might as well do the MRI at the first of the year, have it pretty much knock out our deductible for the year, and then let our plan pay for everything else we might need to have done next year.
So now he is scheduled for his MRI on Monday, January 4th at 9:30am. I still have lots of questions for the doctor and I need to call and talk to someone about all of my questions, but it can wait.
